Like I said a while back. Monaco has always been really popular because of the celebrities and parties (the racing certainly isn’t the reason they keep it around) and, like it or not, Biebs is a celebrity. Though that shirt looks like something I would have worn in middle school.

Nah. If anything, celebrities hanging out everywhere is one of the charms of Monaco. It doesn’t even have a cool-down room. We got to see the most depressed Hamilton ever last year because there was nowhere to hide. Putin hanging out in the cool-down room seems way more of a breach of precedence than drunk hangers on at Monaco.
